You may use the site for lawful purposes only. The content is general information and does not constitute a contract or a binding quote. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Quotes and surveys
An indicative figure given from a photograph is an estimate, not a fixed quote. A fixed price is given only after a survey, set out in a written quotation, and stands unless the scope changes by written agreement or the survey could not reveal a condition that materially affects the work.
Enquiries and your contract
When you accept a quote, your contract for the work is with Envelium, and the work is carried out by vetted, insured, IRATA certified specialists unless we state otherwise in writing. We take reasonable care selecting contractors but you should satisfy yourself as to their suitability.
Intellectual property
The content, design and brand on this site belong to Meridian Land Ventures LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
