Do you need scaffolding to clean a facade?
Usually not. On most buildings under fifteen storeys, IRATA rope access reaches the same surfaces faster and at a fraction of the cost, without closing your forecourt for weeks. When a scaffold or MEWP genuinely is the right call we will say so at survey, in writing.
Will cleaning damage the stone or render?
Not when the method is suited to the substrate. We use low pressure soft washing and DOFF steam rather than high pressure jetting, which lifts algae, carbon and pollution staining without eroding stone, brick or render.
How quickly can you start?
A surveyor is on site within two working days of your enquiry, and a fixed price follows shortly after. Most commercial cleans are scheduled within a fortnight of approval.

Yes. Listed and period frontages are the gentlest effective method, DOFF steam or soft washing, to a standard a conservation officer will sign off.
